Our ecosystem houses a series of programs and initiatives, co-built by alumni, that altogether offer wraparound support and incredible development opportunities for our students.

 
 
 

OUR EDUCATIONAL APPROACH

More than standalone programs, we invite students into a life-long learning community where they are able to access up to 5000+ hours of personal and applied leadership development. OUR MAIN EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS

 Bootcamps and V-Camps act as a gateway into the ecosystem, while the Academy is one of many opportunities within the ecosystem for LALA students to further develop applied leadership skills, as well as their social impact projects/ventures.

A 3-month leadership

program in Medellín, Colombia.

Students combine academic-based curriculum with hands-on leadership.

THE LALA ACADEMY

SOME ECOSYSTEM INITIATIVES

STORYTELLING TEAM

The Storytelling team is an alumni volunteer group who dedicate their time to collect and write stories for LALA. These stories are then featured on LALA's communication channels, such as social media, newsletters, and our website.

 

FUNDRAISING TEAM

The Fundraising Team is run by our admissions team and focuses on supporting newly accepted students to raise money in order to pay for their camp experience.

TRANSLATION TEAM

The LALA Translation Team is a voluntary LALumni-composed group that dedicates its time to translating messages, contents, and materials of all sorts to our community.
